Features & Technical Specifications

Full Description

Connections and Key Functions

A physical button changes the selected signal source. The compact 103 x 50 x 10 mm housing can sit near the display or source devices. The USB cable is a listed accessory; DisplayPort video remains the signal connection. Maximum resolution and refresh rate depend on compatible sources, display and cables.

Plan the display connection

Connect the two sources to the inputs and the display to the output, then choose the active source with the button. Use DisplayPort cables and equipment suited to the required resolution. A switch selects a source; it does not combine two pictures into one screen.

Select the active video source

Keep both sources connected and choose the one you want to view. This is useful for workstations that alternate between computers on a single monitor. Video performance is limited by the capabilities of the complete source-to-display connection.

Ideal Applications

• Two computers sharing one display
• DisplayPort workstation setups
• Compatible high-resolution video systems
