2.2. Actual product colors, specifications, or details may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturer updates.
2.3. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities without prior notice.

3. Orders

3.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided information (name, address, phone number, and email) is accurate and complete.
3.2. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, the order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed.
3.3. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payments

4.1. Al-Saman Tech Store accepts payments through credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
4.2. For electronic payments, the full amount must be paid before shipment.
4.3. All payment transactions are processed through secure and encrypted gateways to ensure the protection of your financial data.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We provide delivery services across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and international shipping may be available for specific orders.
5.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability, or third-party courier conditions.
5.3. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address.
5.4. If the customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, additional redelivery or return fees may apply.

5.5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If the customer selects Cash on Delivery, they are legally obligated to receive the shipment and pay the full amount to the delivery representative upon arrival.
In the event that the customer refuses or fails to receive the shipment without a valid reason, Al-Saman Tech Store reserves the right to:

  • File a legal claim to recover all shipping, delivery, and return costs.

  • Seek full compensation for any resulting financial losses.

  • Blacklist the customer from future COD purchases.

Placing an order with the COD option constitutes a legally binding agreement under Jordanian law to cover all associated costs in case of unjustified refusal or failure to receive the shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for defective or damaged products.
6.2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.
6.3. Opened software, assembled components, or used accessories are not eligible for return.
6.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection and approval.

7. Warranty

7.1. All electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the conditions specified by each brand.
7.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, liquid exposure, or physical breakage.
7.3. Customers must contact the store to arrange warranty service, repair, or replacement as applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Al-Saman Tech Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of products.
8.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased item.
8.3. The store is not responsible for software-related issues or unauthorized system modifications.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on this website — including text, images, icons, designs, and logos — is the property of Al-Saman Tech Store and is protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2. No content may be reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
